Job Description:

  • Monitor & Control RCU process.
  • Carry out Screening & Sampling Activity as per the process & policy
  • Monitor TAT location wise, have an analysis of the same
  • Regular updates to RCU Samplers.
  • Ensure error Free Agency Billing.
  • Monitoring investigations & completion.
  • Hind Sighting cases reviewing & reporting.

The key result areas (KRAs)

  • RCU Screening / Sampling Process:

    Adherence to the Process & Policies to run RCU Sampling & Screening across the locations for all products To equip RCU Agencies across all the locations of the Region To ensure Product-wise, location-wise & RCU Officer-wise TAT is maintained across the location Sound Coordination among departments & Agencies are maintained so as to carry hassle free RCU Process Performance review of RCU Agencies at regular intervals (Preferably half-yearly)
    Time to time Circulation of MIS / Reports to the concerned team / departments.

  • Agency Management:

    Identification of new Agencies across the locations as per requirement To ensure Error Free Agency Billing. Bills for the current month are to be cleared by 15th of the subsequent month. Bills to be vetted by RCU Officers of respective locations Agency pay-outs have to be released within by 5-10 days of submission Finance & Accounts Process implementation at agencies Training to the Back-end team & verifiers at regular intervals (Preferably once in every 2 months) & minuted Visit to the Agencies at least once in quarter. Local agencies to be visited at least once in a month. Recording MOM for all such meetings.

  • MIS / Reporting:

    Regular Circulation of Reports & monitoring Agency MIS at locations where RCU Officers are not available Timely reporting, MIS consolidation after month end within 2nd of the subsequent month Month-end reporting to RCU Manager within 4th of subsequent month.

  • Peer to Core Vigilance:

    To communicate with Vigilance for investigations on Negative/Fraud cases and also on other cases as & when required Assisting vigilance team by providing qualitative & quantitative input from time to time Communicating with vigilance team for feedback & incorporating the necessary information to RCU process towards the scope of further improvement in process.

  • New Initiatives & Self Development:

    Identifying & Implementation of New Triggers based on ongoing Fraud Trends in the market Attending RCU Forums meet in the locations Attending Training programs as recommended & arranged by HR or departments To ensure setting goals, periodical review for self with supervisor & Reportees as per the laid down process.

  • Customer Centricity:

    Customers are to be visited during the Branch visit.

  • Cross Functional Communications:

    To put up sound communication with Cross Functions Co-ordination with Agency to smoothen the RCU Process on regular basis.

  • Investigations:

    Monitoring the Investigations carried out by RCU / Vigilance Team after referral to them Successful completion of investigation of each case within the specified TAT with conclusive report Consolidation of Reports & reporting to RCU Manager at periodical intervals (Weekly/Bi-monthly).

  • Background Verifications:

    Monitoring BGV Cases assigned to RCU / Vigilance Team Successful completion of the BGV Cases investigation within specified TAT.
