Job Description –
- Accountable for achieving Sales and Revenue targets for a city/location through direct efforts or
assigned relationships (DSA / Off Roll resources). - Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing & new relationships.
- Development of Channel for provision of the highest level of service.
- Build and manage direct & indirect sourcing channels to achieve the required productivity and product Mix
- Ensuring business compliances as per laid down processes.
- Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels and referral channels to meet
the current and future business projections. - Generation of new leads and penetration in a new market.
Key Performance Indicators: –
- Sales Volume
- Product Mix
- Revenue which includes IRR, Fee & Insurance.
- Adherence to business Processes like FTR & TAT.
- Infant delinquency
