Refund Policy

As per the terms and conditions specified in every facility document and agreement, all payments made to Profectus are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. In the event of a chargeback request, Profectus will review the claim and respond to the customer with the necessary supporting documentation to address the claim. Customers should carefully read all the terms and conditions mentioned in the Agreement before initiating any payments.
